11320 Pagemill Road, Dallas, TX 75243. We are near 635 and Skillman in the North Lake Highlands area of Dallas, close to Garland and

8:30AM to 5PM Monday – Friday. Saturdays by appt. only.

DO YOU DO ARTWORK, AND HOW MUCH DO YOU CHARGE?
Yes, we do artwork. We charge $50.00 per hour with a minimum charge of $25.00. We have hundreds, if not thousands, of customizable art designs
you may also use for your items. You are welcome to visit our showroom to peruse our design books and get ideas.
WHAT IS THE COST OF SHIRTS?
The price depends on how many items you order and how many colors are in the design. The method of decoration, the style and weight of the shirt
will also affect the price. Once we have all of this information, we can give you an accurate quote.
I’M ON A BUDGET. HOW WILL I KNOW WHAT I CAN AFFORD?
Most of our designs can be adapted to print as a single color design. We frequently work with a wide range of budgets, so give us a call and we will
help you pick a design and item that fits your budget and gives you the most for your money.
IS THERE A MINIMUM ORDER?
There is no minimum order for wearables. However, we reserve the right to determine the manner of decoration on orders under 24 pieces to keep
your costs reasonable. Remember, larger orders result in better pricing. Many promotional products will have minimums. Contact us for more info.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO BE READY?
Typically it takes 10-15 business days or less. Your order is usually ready a few days after the final approval of your design, provided that all order
information is complete. Busier months, especially August and September, may encounter longer wait times, but we try to complete orders quickly.
WHAT IF I’M IN A RUSH?
We will make every effort to meet your delivery deadline. It is important that all of the details concerning your order have been discussed and all
decisions have been made at the time you place your order. We will tell you up front if we can meet your delivery deadline so that you do not lose
valuable time. Quality of art is key in a rush situation.
WHAT IS THE RUSH CHARGE?
We do not charge a rush fee. If we are able to accept your order and meet your deadline, we will charge you our normal pricing. If we are not able
to accept your order, we will tell you up front so that you may find another printer without losing valuable time.
WHAT DO YOU SELL BESIDES T-SHIRTS?
We sell a variety of clothing items & promotional products. Collared sport shirts, hats, knit caps, visors, jackets, sweatshirts, sweat
pants, warm up sets, shorts, uniforms and woven shirts. We also sell window stickers (white and colored), tote bags, spirit
towels and golfing hand towels. Promotional products include: cups, coozies, stickers, pens, stress balls, notepads and more.
WHAT KIND OF DECORATION METHODS DO YOU OFFER?
Screen printing, digital printing and digital transfers, embroidery, foil, rhinestone appliqués. We also do names and numbers for uniforms.
HOW DO I CARE FOR MY SHIRT?
Screen printed shirts may be machine washed and dried. Turning you shirt inside out will preserve the ‘just printed’ look. Shirts with digital transfers,
rhinestone appliqués and other types of printing methods may be machine washed but should only be flat or line dried. High heat dryers should be
avoided.
HOW CAN I SEE YOUR QUALITY OF PRINTING IF I CAN’T STOP BY THE SHOWROOM?
We regularly post photographs of recent work on our Facebook page. You may stop by anytime, 24/7.
IS THERE ANYTHING YOU WON’T PRINT?
We will not print designs or wording deemed offensive. We cannot print copyrighted materials without proper written authorization from the copyright
holder. We reserve the right to ask for such authorization in writing and hold you, the customer, liable for the accuracy of such authorization. We will
not engage in illegal or unethical behavior.
